  • barriers to prioritizing self-care due to a disability

  • serving as a caregiver for a person with a disability and possess a desire to help improve their health and wellness

As your Certified Nutritionist, Certified Health Consultant, and Certified Physical Trainer, I'm here to help you HEAL from your past experiences with health and wellness, EMPOWER you to learn what works best for you and your body/lifestyle, and help you CREATE a version of you that is something you've always dreamed of. My mission is to bridge the gap between information and implementation, while developing sustainable and positive life habits by focusing on ALL parts of you. All things are possible.

Hiliary is the BEST!  I thought that at the age of 68 it was too late to change my strength and conditioning and my nutrition, but I was wrong!  With her help I changed my diet for the better, which gave me more energy.  Then, with her advice,  I improved my balance/stretching routine by including dumbbells which increased my strength.  Finally, her encouragement has helped me find a fitness routine that I am comfortable with and that works for me.  AND, she still lets me eat occasional ice cream!
